Printable use & license
Plain-language permission for using the printable planner pages.
What you can do
Every printable planner page on PlannerPages is released for free personal use. You can print as many copies as you want for your own home, your classroom, your study group, or your professional practice (therapists, coaches, tutors, and small clinic teams are all welcome). You can also share a link to any page on the site with anyone who might find it useful.
What we ask you to check first
Please get in touch before redistributing the PDF files outside the site, including in school district resource libraries, employer wellness programmes, or large mailing lists. We are usually happy to say yes — we just want to know where the pages are turning up so we can keep the catalogue accurate. The same applies to translations: please tell us what language you are translating into and we will work out a credit line.
What you cannot do
Please do not resell the printables, bundle them into a commercial product, or republish them on another printable-planner site without explicit written permission. The printables are free here because we wanted to publish a free reference library; that intent does not survive when someone else charges for the same files.
Attribution
If you mention PlannerPages in a blog post, podcast, video, or class handout, a simple link back to the page you used is the only attribution we ask for. There is no required logo, badge, or licence stamp.
