About PlannerPages

A small, opinionated library of free printable planners for adults — built for paper, designed to be used.

Why this site exists

Most printable planner sites bury one or two genuinely useful pages inside a hundred-page bundle that requires an email address, a password, and a "free trial" of something else. PlannerPages exists because we wanted the opposite: a quiet catalogue of single, focused pages that you can browse, print, and use within five minutes — no account, no email gate, no countdown timer.

Every page on PlannerPages is designed for adults. That means the layouts trust you to know what you want to track, the typography is sized for grown-up handwriting, and the language is direct. There are no cute illustrations covering the writing space, no motivational quotes you have to crop out before printing, and no themed seasonal versions of the same page repeated twelve times.

How the pages are designed

Each printable is a single page — not a sixty-page bundle — because a single page is the smallest unit of habit that actually sticks. You print three to five copies, you use them for a week, and you decide whether the layout fits the way you think. When it stops fitting, you swap it for a different page.

The pages are sized for both US Letter and A4 paper. Margins are wide enough that three-ring punches, disc-bound holes, and traveler-style binding do not eat into the layout. The designs lean minimal so they print cleanly in colour or grayscale on any home printer, including the cheap inkjet that has been with you since college.

What is in the library

At launch, PlannerPages publishes over a hundred individual printable pages across sixteen categories: daily, weekly, and monthly planners; meal planners and grocery lists; budget trackers and bill trackers; habit trackers and self-care planners; fitness, reading, study, travel, project, and gratitude pages; and home cleaning schedules. The library grows category by category — a new page is only added when it does something the existing pages do not.

How the site is funded

PlannerPages is funded by unobtrusive display advertising. There are no popups, no email walls, no upsells, and no "premium" version of the same pages behind a paywall. If you find a page useful, share it with someone who might use it too — that is the most useful thing you can do for the site.
